Objective:​

  • Increase Experiementation Maturity of business
  • Embed Experimentation in product development process
  • Procure appropiate tooling and set up of function
  • Min 30% of 2024 features to be rolled out via an experiment 

Approach:

  • 3 Phase Approach: Start > Build > Scale
  • Set up centre of excellence to define tooling, guidelines process, best practice and training for experimentation
  • Assigned one member per function to act as “Measurement Champion”
  • Definition of measurement framework and metric repository
